More About Cara Duvenage RD(SA), SACLC 

Cara Duvenage is a registered dietitian and Lactation Consultant) based in Springs.  Cara graduated from North West University (NWU) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Postgraduate Diploma in breastfeeding From The University of the Witwatersrand (Wits).

 

Cara is a Geneway practitioner, giving feedback on DNA tests and incorporating it into patients' diets and lifestyles.  She is also an Optiway practitioner who helps people manage their food sensitivities.

Cara has a great interest in weight loss, chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, healthy eating, picky/ fussy eating, breastfeeding support and corporate wellness.
